Raphael #10 Duck - Water Repellent & Anti-Bacterial
"Raphael" is our dyed collection of fabrics in the 15 Oz. (#10) cotton duck. The dyeing and finishing is completely done in the U.S.A. With an array of colors, we are confident that our collection will impress your most discerning client! “Resilient” is one word that sums up our Raphael. With just a little care, the products produced from this collection will give years of performance, without breaking a sweat!
Why Raphael?
The unbleached fabric is custom woven with yarns of higher twist (called as C.S.P) and extra-clean cotton. The woven fabric has less weaving defects and dyes well. We use “Direct Dyes” - an optimum balance between dye penetration, crock standards and price. The finished product is water repellent as well as anti-bacterial (mildew repellent). The wax used in the finishing process helps minimize the needle-breakage on the sewing machine. It also gives a nice "beefy" hand to the final product.
