Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10 business days of delivery. However, please note:
To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to email@example.com. Our dedicated Customer Service team will review your request within 24 hours and guide you through the process.
Final Sale: Products received more than 10 business days ago are considered final sale, as your satisfaction is our priority.
Eligibility Criteria: Returns or exchanges are accepted only for products that remain unaltered, unprocessed, uncut, and unmodified.
Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee: The customer is responsible for return freight. Shipping costs are refundable only in cases where the error is on our part. A restocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
Inspection Process: Returned packages are carefully inspected for damage or missing items before approving a refund.
Refund Process: Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment within 15 business days after receiving the returned goods.
Fabric Swatch Samples: Please note that fabric swatch samples are not eligible for refunds or store credit.
Damage and Shortage: For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service at 678-918-9797. Our Returns Department will guide you through the process and issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. We recommend using reliable shippers like FedEx or UPS, with tracking systems for claim resolution.
Refund Notification: Upon receiving the returned package, we inspect it for damage. You will be notified via email about the approval or denial of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within three weeks and applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds: Refunds typically appear in your account within 15 business days. If you haven't received a refund yet, contact your credit card company. It might take up to two billing cycles. If the refund is still not credited, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
