Shipping and Delivery Policy:
At Marsidian, we're dedicated to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and efficiently. Here's how we make that happen:
Standard Shipping:
Once your order is processed, it swiftly moves to our shipping department. From there, it's dispatched within 1-2 business days via trusted carriers such as the US Postal Service or FedEx. Within the 48 contiguous states, you can expect your package to arrive within 3–7 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Oversized:
Items For larger items, the process remains just as efficient. Once your order is prepared, it's shipped within 1-2 business days through FedEx freight Economy. This service is exclusively for orders within the 48 contiguous states, and delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.
Back Orders:
While our aim is to ensure every item is in stock, there might be instances when a product is temporarily unavailable. In such cases, we'll promptly notify you via email or phone, offering the estimated restocking time. You're in control - you can choose to proceed with a back order or cancel the item. By default, our system will only ship back orders after receiving your approval.
Guidelines for a Smooth Delivery
Here's how to ensure a seamless delivery experience:
DO's:
- Count the number of parcels you have received. Match it to the delivery receipt. If there is a shortage or damage, please note it on the delivery receipt.
- Have the delivery driver sign the receipt and verify damage or shortages.
- Preserve damaged packages or cartons in their original condition for inspection.
- Check merchandise against the packing slip. If there are discrepancies, like overages or shortages, contact us at returns@marsidian.com within 10 days of receipt.
DON'Ts:
- Never sign the delivery receipt without confirming the piece or pallet count.
- If the delivered product isn't what you ordered, do not accept the delivery. Instead, have the carrier contact us for verification.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied automatically to orders shipped within the State of Georgia. Orders sent outside of Georgia are not subject to taxation.
