Our canvas

we ordered our canvas 07/12/19 and still have not received it. We have been in contact with FedEx and they’ve informed us that they can’t find it! Can’t believe that FedEx could lose a 7ft. roll of canvas that weighs over 150 pounds! We were told that if we have not heard back from them by 07/26/19 we are to contact you to start the lost item process! We have lost business over this and are very unhappy with FedEx!! We will most likely be in contact with you tomorrow.

Canvas

My 25 yd tube of canvas arrived quickly, double wrapped which kept the product clean. It was rolled perfectly. The canvas is of high quality. I tore it vertically into 18" wide, 18ft long strips and then cleaned the torn edges with a scissors. I wove the strips through the 1by1 slats on the top of my new pergola. It is performing beautifully; has taken blistering sun and 5" of rain. Shrinkage in the environment is about 4%. I lost 8 inches for about 17feet. Although duck canvas has some water resistance, I bought it for shade.
I would buy again.
